Educate
Education is a vital component of the development of every woman and youth. Education is provided in multiple areas: Spiritual, professional, emotional, and social.
Emphasis: Study to shew thyself approved, II Timothy 2:15
Equip
Equipping participants: 1) To do the work of the ministry; 2) For the edifying of the body of Christ; 3) To use their gifts to glorify God and to advance their personal goals.
Emphasis: And he gave some apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers for the perfecting of the saints for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.
Ephesians 4:11
Edify
Teaching principles that promote the edification and encouragement of the sister to sister/woman to woman fellowship where women embrace the uplifting of one another.
Emphasis: Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers. Ephesians 4:29
United Sisters Symposium is an annual event that features seminars, retreats, workshops, and motivational speakers.
Empower
Empowering women and youth with the tools that develop courage and self-confidence to walk in the greatness of their gifts, skills and talents. To pursue with no fear their goals.
